JUDGMENT
The respondent failed to comply with its duty to make reasonable adjustments, in particular, to provide the claimant with a mobile chair for her personal use, from 11 November 2019. The claimant’s complaint of disability discrimination in respect thereof is well founded and succeeds. REMEDY JUDGMENT The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant as compensation for injury to feelings the sum of £15,000 and an additional sum of £3,219.23 in respect of interest thereon. No award is made in respect of financial loss.
