The claim of unfair dismissal is struck out. The claimant has presented a second claim (1803683/2020) alleging wrongful dismissal and unpaid wages which will continue unless resolved.REASONS
[1]By a letter dated 29 June 2020 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim should not be struck out because the claimant was employed for a period of less than two years and does not therefore have the right not to be unfairly dismissed.[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing why the claim should not be struck out for this reason or to request a hearing. The claim is therefore struck out.
