JUDGMENT

[1]The claimant was not a disabled person by reason of a back condition from October 2018 to April 2019 (the period during which she alleges relevant contraventions of the Equality Act (a failure to make reasonable adjustments and Section 15 disability discrimination). Those complaints are dismissed.[3]Her complaints of direct race discrimination and harassment continue to a hearing, subject to separate case management orders.
