JUDGMENT
[1]The respondent made an unlawful deduction from the claimant’s wages. The respondent shall pay to the claimant the sum of £40 being the gross amount due to her.[2]The claimant is entitled to compensation for holidays which she has taken but for which she has not been paid and for holidays accrued due but untaken as at the date of termination of the contract of employment. The respondent shall pay to the claimant the sum of £532.97 being the gross amount due to the claimant. Case No: 1803304/2019[3]The payments referred to in paragraphs 1 and 2 shall be paid to the claimant on or before 27 August 2019.
