The part of the grounds of complaint at box 8.2 of the claim for which starts “I contacted…” and ends “offering monies” is struck out. The remainder of the claim will proceed to a hearing.REASONS
[1]By a letter dated 22 September 2022 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the part of the claim form which starts “I contacted…” and ends “offering monies” should not be struck out because these are not matters admissible before the Tribunal.[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing, or has failed to make any sufficient representations, why this should not be done or to request a hearing. That part of the claim form is therefore struck out.[3]The claimant’s remaining claim will proceed to a hearing in due course.
