JUDGMENT
[1]It is declared that the respondent made unauthorised deductions from the claimant’s wages.[2]The respondent shall pay to the claimant the sum of £21634.50 being the amount of the unauthorised deductions calculated as follows:(a) Unpaid wages for January, February and March 2022 in the sum of £6000 gross per month.(b) Unpaid pension contributions between June 2021 and March 2022 inclusive of £363.34 per calendar month being £3634.50 in total. Unfair dismissal[1]It is declared that the claimant was constructively unfairly dismissed on 1 April 2022.[2]The respondent shall pay to the claimant a basic award in the sum of £1088.[3]Upon the Tribunal finding that the claimant’s employment would have come to an end on 30 April 2022 in any case, there shall be a compensatory award of one months’ loss of wages with the claimant giving credit for the monies earned Case No: 1803225/2022 in alternative employment for the month of April 2022. There shall therefore be a compensatory award in the sum of £1561.42. Total award The sums awarded totalling £24,283.92 shall be paid by the respondent to the claimant on or before 2 December 2022
