The complaints of unfair dismissal are struck out.REASONS
[1]By a letter dated 21 June 2023 the Tribunal gave the claimants an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why their complaints of unfair dismissal should not be struck out because they each have less than two years of service, and therefore they do not have sufficient qualifying service to pursue an unfair dismissal claim.[2]The claimants have failed to make representations in writing (or have failed to make any sufficient representations) as to why this should not be done and they have not requested a hearing. The complaints of unfair dismissal are therefore struck out.
