[1]The correct identity of the Respondent in this matter is ‘Precedent Surveyors Limited’.[2]The Claimant’s claim of unauthorised deductions from wages is well founded and succeeds.[3]The Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant the sum of £1,190 net for unauthorised deductions from wages.[4]The Claimant’s claim for compensation related to entitlement to leave under the Working Time Regulations 1998 is well founded.[5]The Claimant is entitled to 6 days of accrued but untaken holiday at the time of termination. The Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant the sum of £399.00 gross for the untaken entitlement to leave. This payment will be made by the Respondent net of the required deductions (after deductions for tax and national insurance).
