[1]The claim for holiday pay succeeds. The respondent made an unauthorised deduction from wages by failing to pay the claimant in lieu of accrued but untaken holiday and is ordered to pay to the claimant the total gross sum of £537.60.[2]The claim for an unauthorised deduction from wages succeeds. The Respondent has made an unlawful deduction from the Claimant’s wages and is ordered to pay the sum of £110.25 being the total gross sum, in respect of the amount unlawfully deducted. The Respondent made unlawful deductions from wages by not paying all the wages due in April 2023. Date: 24th August 2023
