[1]The correct name of the respondent is Paul and James Annakin, Executors of David Annakin (deceased) t/a Speciality Building Services.[2]The claimant was dismissed by reason of redundancy and is entitled to a statutory redundancy payment of £9,374.[3]The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the gross sum of £436 in respect of accrued but untaken holiday entitlement as at the termination of his employment.[4]The claimant’s complaint seeking damages for breach of contract (notice pay) is dismissed.
