Case No 1803149/2021

Employment Judge Drake SignedDate 15 February 2022

JUDGMENT

All the claims are struck out.

REASONS

[1]There was no attendance by the Claimant, nor by the representative nominated by her in her Originating Application (ET1) Mr Robert Stephens at the Preliminary Hearing on 10 December 2021, despite notice of that hearing having been sent to the latter in writing by the Tribunal dated 29 September 2021.[2]By Order made by me at the Preliminary Hearing 10 December 2021, I directed that unless the Claimant showed cause why her claim should not be struck out because of failure to comply with the Notice dated 29 September 2021 and/or by reason of the claim not being actively pursued by 7 January 2022, her clams would be struck out.[3]There has been no communication of any kind or in any form from the Claimant or her representative since the Preliminary Hearing and the Order made by me. The claims are all therefore struck out.
