JUDGMENT

[1]The claimant’s claim for an unlawful deduction from wages is well-founded and succeeds.[2]The claimant’s claim for wrongful dismissal is well-founded and succeeds.[3]The claimant’s claim for a protective award under s.188 TULCRA 1992 is well-founded and succeeds.[4]The respondent is to pay the claimant the following sums: £10,000 in relation to the unlawful deduction from wages claim. £25,000 in relation to the wrongful dismissal claim. £51,922.80 in relation to the protective award claim.[5]The above amounts, which total £86,922.80, are gross and deductions for tax and National Insurance should be made by the respondent when paying them over. 10.2 Judgment - rule 61 February Case No: 1803055/2020
