JUDGMENT
[1]The claim for damages for failure to give notice of termination of employment succeeds and the Respondent shall pay the Claimant damages of £1,330.[2]The claim for accrued holiday entitlement due on termination of employment succeeds and the Respondent shall pay the Claimant £1,118.34 in respect of that entitlement.[3]The claim of unauthorised deduction from wages succeeds and the Respondent shall pay the Claimant £10,373.05 in respect of those deductions.[4]The employer’s contract claim fails and is dismissed. .
