JUDGMENT
[1]The first claimant, Mr Mohammed Saeed Kiani, is entitled to a redundancy payment of £6,615 and the respondent shall pay to him that sum.[2]The respondent was in breach of contract in terminating the employment of the first claimant, Mohammed Saeed Kiani, without giving 12 weeks of notice and it shall pay to him damages in respect of the breach in the sum of £3,780.[3]The second claimant, Mr Mohammed Shakeel, is entitled to a redundancy payment of £4,536 and the respondent shall pay to him that sum.[4]The respondent was in breach of contract in terminating the employment of the second claimant, Mr Mohammed Shakeel, without giving him 12 weeks of notice and it shall pay to him damages for the breach in the sum of £3,024.
