JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant’s claim of unauthorised deductions from wages is well founded and succeeds.[2]The Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant the sum of £250.00 gross for unauthorised deductions from wages.[3]The Claimant’s claim for compensation related to entitlement to leave under the Working Time Regulations 1998 is well founded.[4]The Claimant is entitled to 1.5 days of accrued but untaken holiday at the time of termination. The Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant the sum of £93.75 gross for the untaken entitlement to leave.[5]The Claimant is entitled to an overall payment of £343.75 gross. Figures in this judgment are given gross. However, payment will be made by the Respondent net of the required deductions (after deductions for tax and national insurance).
