JUDGMENT
(1) The claim of unfair dismissal succeeds.(2) The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £4,281.52 by way of a basic award, £500 for loss of statutory rights and a further £125 to reflect a 25% uplift for failure to follow the ACAS code on disciplinary and grievance procedures.(3) The claim of failure to pay accrued holiday pay succeeds and the respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £49.11 (gross) being 0.11 weeks pay.(4) The claim of unauthorised deduction from wages succeeds and the respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £2211(gross).(5) The respondent dismissed the claimant in breach of her contractual entitlement to notice.(6) The respondent shall pay the claimant damages in the sum of £874.72 (2.2 weeks pay gross).
