JUDGMENT

[1]The complaints of disability discrimination were not brought within the time limit in the Equality Act 2010 but it is just and equitable to extend time for bringing them.

[2]The complaints of disability discrimination (unfavourable treatment and failure to make reasonable adjustments), unfair dismissal and failure to pay for accrued holiday are well-founded and succeed.

[3]The Respondent shall pay the Claimant the following sums:3.1 Basic award for unfair dismissal: £1298.07

3.2 Compensation for financial losses: £5289.83

3.3 Interest on that sum 120 days 8%: £243.48

3.4 Compensation for injury to feelings: £10000

3.5 Interest on that sum 420 days 8%: £920.55

3.6 Pay for accrued holiday: £212.58
