JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant has suffered an unauthorized deduction from wages by reason of non-payment of his April 2019 wages.[2]The amount so deducted, which must now forthwith be paid to him by the Respondent, is £445.00 gross.[3]In principle the Claimant is also entitled to compensation for any financial loss which he has sustained which is attributable to the non-payment of the April wages and the Claimant will provide to the Tribunal (with a copy to the Respondent) a calculation of any such loss together with documentary proof no later than 15 August 2019.[4]A supplementary judgment may then be issued.
