Mr A R Reynolds v Regaldon UK Ltd: 1802976/2021

EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNALS
Case No 1802976/2021
Mr A R ReynoldsClaimantRegaldon UK LimitedRespondent
Employment Judge LancasterDate 1 March 2022

JUDGMENT

The claimant’s claims that he was subject to unlawful discrimination or harassment because of perceived disability are struck out.

REASONS

[1]Employment Judge Lancaster ordered the claimant to pay a deposit of £30 following a preliminary hearing held on 20 December 2021. The deposit order was sent to the claimant on 21 December 2021.The claimant has failed to pay this deposit.[2]The claimant’s claims that he was subject to unlawful discrimination or harassment because of perceived disability are therefore struck out under rule 39(4) of the Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013. Because these were the totality of the claimant’s claims, the proceedings are at an end.[3]The hearing fixed for 11 March 2022 will not take place.
