JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant’s claim of breach of contract against Burtech Precision Limited (identified as both the first and second respondent) is successful and the Burtech Precision limited shall pay the claimant the sum of £9043.72 as damages for breach of contract.[2]The claimant’s application for a preparation time order is granted and Burtech Precision Limited shall pay the claimant the sum of £1344 for his costs of preparing for this hearing.[3]The claims against Burtech Engineering Limited, K. L. Burnett Limited, Burtech Precision Engineering Limited and G. N. Burnett Limited are dismissed.[4]The applications by Burtech Engineering Limited, K. L. Burnett Limited, Burtech Precision Engineering Limited and G. N. Burnett Limited for preparation time orders against the claimant are refused.
