JUDGMENT
[1]The claims for notice pay, holiday pay and arrears of wages were presented outside of the 3 month time limit when it would have been reasonably practicable to have presented them in time, and are dismissed because the tribunal therefore has no jurisdiction to hear them.[2]The Claimant was dismissed by reason of redundancy and the Respondent is ordered to pay him a redundancy payment of £1620.00, calculated on the basis of 3 years’ continuous employment, all of which over the age of 41, entitling him to 4 ½ weeks’ pay at £360.00 per week.
