JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant’s complaints of unauthorised deductions from wages are wellfounded and succeed. The Respondent shall pay the Claimant £911.05.[2]The Claimant’s complaints of pregnancy or maternity discrimination about deducting sums from her maternity pay because of an overpayment of holiday pay and about not telling her when her employment ended are not well-founded and are dismissed. The Claimant’s remaining complaints of pregnancy or maternity discrimination are wellfounded and succeed.[3]The Respondent shall pay the Claimant £6,500 compensation for injury to feelings caused by the pregnancy or maternity discrimination.[4]The Respondent shall pay the Claimant £598.35 interest on that sum.
