EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNALS
Case No 1802887/2021, 1802994/2021
Miss Liarna JohnstoneClaimantEstee Lauder Cosmetics LtdRespondent
Employment Judge R S DrakeDate 20 August 2021

JUDGMENT

[1]The Claimant’s claims under both sets of proceedings numbered above that she was unfairly dismissed, that she was discriminated against and victimised because of her age and gender, and that she had not been paid holiday pay are all dismissed on withdrawal of the same by the Claimant with the Respondent’s consent.

REASONS

[2]At the start of the Preliminary Hearing listed for today's date the Claimant’s representative advised that the Claimant sought to withdraw all her claims under both sets of proceedings on the understanding which I was advised had already achieved that the Respondents would not seek an order for costs against her.[3]I noted and the Respondent’s counsel confirmed that there is no extant claim for costs and costs will not now be sought upon withdrawal of all claims. 1 of 2 Case Numbers: 1802887/2021 1802994/2021[4]Thus, the Respondent through its representative today readily consented to withdrawal without further recourse.[5]Accordingly, all claims in both stes of proceedings are therefore dismissed at the Claimant’s request and with the Respondent’s consent.
