JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant was employed by the respondent between 18 January 2021 and 10 February 2021.[2]Under the terms of his contract of employment the claimant was entitled to be paid £692.30 per week.[3]The respondent made unauthorised deductions of £1107.68 by failing to pay the claimant his wages for the period 1 to 10 February 2021. The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant that amount.[4]The respondent failed to pay the holiday pay that the claimant was due on the termination of his employment under regulation 14 of the Working Time Regulations 1998. The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant £254.91, that being the amount due under regulation 14.
