JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant was constructively dismissed and her claim of unfair dismissal succeeds.[2]As compensation for unfair dismissal the Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant the total sum of £9,123.03 (consisting of a basic award of £1,883 and a compensatory award of £7,240.03). No complaint of breach of contract was separately made by the Claimant.[3]The Claimant suffered unauthorised deductions from wages and the Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant the gross sums of £59.42 in respect of arrears of wages and £77.22 in respect of accrued but untaken holiday entitlement.
