[1]The claimant’s complaint of unlawful deduction from wages in respect of his claim for £45 and £108.90 (expenses) are dismissed upon withdrawal.[2]The claimant’s complaint of unfair dismissal is hereby dismissed.REASONS
[1]The claimant withdrew two of his claims for unlawful deduction from wages, as the sums of £45 and £108.90 had now been paid. He is pursuing his other claim relating to a car allowance.[2]The claimant does not have the requisite period of service to pursue a claim for unfair dismissal.
