JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant’s claim of unfair dismissal is well founded and succeeds.[2]The Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant a compensatory award of £1,145.[3]The recoupment regulations do not apply.[4]The Claimant is, under Section 38 of the Employment Act 2002, awarded 2 weeks’ pay because contrary to the Employment Rights Act 1996 she received no initial statement of particulars of employment from the Respondent. The Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant the sum of £480.
