Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 Rule 21[1]The claimant was unfairly dismissed. The respondent shall pay her:1.1 A basic award of £1054.34; and1.2 A compensatory award of £1052.52.[2]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the sum of £601.44.[3]The claimant was dismissed by reason of redundancy and would have been entitled to a redundancy payment equivalent to the basic award ordered above if no basic award had been payable.[4]The hearing listed on 24 August 2021 is cancelled.
