[1]The title of the Respondent is amended to Mohammed Hassan (on behalf of Saad Hassan), in substitution for Ms Saima Naz.[2]The Claimant was wrongfully dismissed without 6 weeks’ notice and the Respondent is ordered to pay damages for breach of contract in the gross sum of £627.84[3]All other complaints, whether for unfair dismissal, for a redundancy payment, for breach of a contract connected with employment, for unauthorised deduction from wages or for nonpayment of accrued holiday pay are dismissed.
