JUDGMENT
All of the Claimant's claims against the Respondent are dismissed pursuant to Rule 38(1) of Schedule 1 of the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013 on the grounds that the Claimant has failed to comply with Case Management Orders 2(a) and (b) made during the Telephone Case Management Preliminary Hearing on 9 September 2021 and confirmed in the Case Management Orders which were sent to the parties on 13 September 2021. The hearing listed for 15 November 2021 is vacated.
