[1]By a letter dated 27 February 2023 the Tribunal gave the claimants opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing as to why their claims should not be struck out because  the claimants had not complied with the Order of the Tribunal dated 15 September 2022.  the claims had not been actively pursued.

[2]The claimants have failed to make representations in writing why this should not be done or to request a hearing. There is no evidence that the claimants intend to pursue the claims. The claims are therefore struck out.
