[1]The claimant’s complaints of entitlement to a redundancy payment and notice pay succeed and the respondent shall pay to him the gross sums of: Notice pay: £ 5040 Redundancy £6930[2]It is for the claimant to account for any tax and employee national insurance on the sums above. Interest starts to run after fourteen days from the sending of the Judgment.[3]Unless the claimant sends to the Tribunal a calculation of his 2021 holiday pay by no later than 4pm on 9 August 2021, that claim shall stand dismissed without further Order.
