JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimants complaint of non-payment of holiday pay is well-founded and the Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant £290.85.[2]The Claimants complaints of unlawful deductions from wages (£120 from last pay paid into bank and non-payment of training days totalling £113.40) is wellfounded and the Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant £233.40[3]The Claimants complaints of breach of contract (non-payment of petrol expenses) is well-founded and the Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant £200.00.[4]The total sum therefore payable by the Respondent forthwith is £724.25. The Claimants complaints of non-payment of SSP is not well-founded and is dismissed as the Tribunal does not have jurisdiction to adjudicate upon the said complaints.
