By consent the Claimant’s complaints of a failure to make reasonable adjustments under sections 20/21, direct discrimination on the grounds of sex and disability under section 13, discrimination arising from disability under section 15 and victimisation under section 27, all of the Equality Act 2010 are dismissed on withdrawal. Case No: 1802474/2020 (A) The only complaint proceeding are those of constructive unfair dismissal, and harassment related to the Claimants protected characteristic of sex.
