[1]The Tribunal declares that the claimant has suffered an unauthorised deduction from wages.[2]The respondent shall pay to the claimant the gross sum of £556 (without deductions) which has been calculated as follows:a. Hourly pay rate - £14.50 per hourb. Four full days worked at 10 hours per day - £580c. Two half days worked at 5 hours per day - £145d. Less £169 paid to the claimant on 10 February 2023e.
