There are no reasonable prospects that the points made in the claimant’s email dated 17 March 2023 would change my assessment of the evidence (both documentary and oral) heard during the hearing on 6 March 2023. There are therefore no reasonable prospects of the judgment being varied or revoked. Furthermore the application was not copied to the respondent and it must be so copied together with this decision.
