JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant was unfairly dismissed. The claim of unfair dismissal is well founded and succeeds. The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the following: (a) A basic award in the sum of £4,282.50[2]The respondent was in breach of contract by dismissing the claimant without notice. The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the sum of £4,615.00 gross being damages for breach of contract.[3]The Tribunal also found that the respondent was in breach of its duty under Section 38 of the Employment Act 2002 to provide the claimant with full and accurate written particulars of employment and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £1,846.15, the amount equal to 2-weeks pay.
