[1]The following complaints of disability discrimination are withdrawn and dismissed. 1.1. Failure to utilise all available support systems (Mindful Employer and ReedIn-Partnership) 1.2. Failure to follow up on claimant’s suspected autism 1.3. Failure to disclose what had been done to attempt to retain the claimant’s employment 1.4. Failure to inform the claimant that his access to the document repository to undertake Reliance work had been revoked.[2]The remaining complaints of discrimination arising from disability as clarified at the preliminary hearing will proceed to hearing.
