JUDGMENT

The complaints of unfair dismissal and failure to pay holiday pay are dismissed following a withdrawal by the claimant. The claimant’s remaining claims for direct race discrimination, disability discrimination (failure to make reasonable adjustments) and unauthorised deduction from wages will proceed to hearing between 30 January and 2 February 2023.
