The claims of 1) unfair dismissal for the inadmissible reason of pregnancy; 2) pregnancy discrimination; 3) age discrimination; and 4) race discrimination are struck out.REASONS
[1]The claimant was ordered to pay a deposit of £20 in respect of each of these 4 claims following a preliminary hearing held on 10 June 2021.The Order was sent to the claimant on 16 June 2021. The claimant has failed to pay any of these deposits. The complaints are therefore struck out under rule 39(4) of the Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013.[2]The hearing fixed for Monday 29 November to Wednesday 1 December 2021 will not take place.
