JUDGMENT

[1]The complaint of unauthorised deduction from wages in respect of the fine of £125 was not presented within the time limit set out in s23 Employment Rights Act 1996 and it was reasonably practicable to do so. That complaint is therefore dismissed.[2]The complaint of unauthorised deductions from wages in respect of the disputed overnight subsistence payments amounting to £60 is not well founded and is dismissed.[3]All other complaints are well founded and succeed.[4]By consent, the Respondent shall pay the Claimant: £798 outstanding wages, £742 outstanding holiday pay and £20 outstanding subsistence allowance.
