JUDGMENT

[1]By consent the respondent shall pay to the claimant the sum of £60 being wages due for work that which she undertook upon 24 September 2012.[2]The respondent shall pay to the claimant the sum of £135 being the sum due to the claimant for the period between 1 and 8 October 2017 (being her period of notice).[3]Pursuant to section 38 of the Employment Act 2002 the respondent shall pay to the claimant the sum of £270 being two weeks’ wage by reason of the respondent’s failure to comply with section 1 of the Employment Rights Act 1996: that is to say, to provide the claimant with a statement of employment particulars.[4]The total sum of £465 shall be paid by the respondent to the claimant on or before 24 April 2018.
