By a letter dated 9th January 2020 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim should not be struck out. The Claimant was informed on 4th July 2019 that he would need to apply to re-instate this dissolved Respondent company to the register if this claim were to go ahead. No steps have been taken and therefore the claim is not being actively pursued. In accordance with the warning issued on 9th January 2020 the claim is therefore struck out.
