[1]The Claimant was employed under an apprenticeship agreement with an end date of 28 November 2021 with no provision for termination by notice. She was dismissed on 11 November 2020. Her weekly wage was £175. According to her claim form, she obtained new employment on 25 January 2021 at a higher rate of pay. Her loss of earnings as a result of the Respondent’s breach of contract therefore amount to 11 weeks’ earnings at £175 per week.[2]The Respondent is therefore ordered to pay the Claimant £1,925 in damages.
