JUDGMENT

[1]The claim for notice pay, holiday pay and unpaid wages succeeds.[2]By 17 July 2020 the Claimant must send the Tribunal and the Respondent a written statement setting out what she claims in respect of each of those matters and how she has calculated each of those sums.[3]The Tribunal proposes to strike out the claim of unfair dismissal because the Claimant had not completed the two years’ service with the Respondent usually required to qualify to bring that claim.[4]If the Claimant wishes to object to that proposal, she must put her objections in writing to the Tribunal, and copy them to the Respondent, by 17 July 2020. The claim of unfair dismissal is struck out.[2]The Respondent shall pay the Claimant £936 in respect of notice pay.[3]The Respondent shall pay the Claimant £306 in respect of accrued holiday pay due on termination of employment.[4]The Respondent shall pay the Claimant £234 in respect of unpaid wages. .
