[1]The claimant claims of unfair dismissal and redundancy payment.[2]Section 108 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 requires a claimant to have not less than two years’ service to make that complaint.[3]The claimant has not established that he was employed by the respondent for less two years or more.[4]The claimant has failed to give any reason, despite being given the opportunity to do so, why the claims should not be struck out.[5]Accordingly, the claims are struck out. The claimant’s other claims are not affected by this judgment.[6]The claimant’s remaining claims remains listed for hearing on 4 July 2022
