JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant’s complaints of age discrimination are dismissed on withdrawal before me today.[2]The time limit other than three months, which the Tribunal considers just and equitable in respect of the claimant’s complaints of disability discrimination by failure to make reasonable adjustments on 16 and 18 December 2019, is by no later than 20 April 2020, the presentation date of the claimant’s claim. The complaints are in time.[3]The claimant’s remaining complaints shall be determined at a final hearing unless otherwise resolved. JM Wade
