JUDGMENT

[1]The Claimant’s complaint of unauthorised deductions from pay contrary to Part II Employment Rights Act 1996 is well-founded. The Respondent made an unauthorised deduction from the Claimant’s pay in respect of the wages due on 31 March 2023. The Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant the gross sum of £428.17.[2]The Claimant’s complaint of underpaid holiday pay under The Working Time Regulations 1998 is well-founded. The Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant the gross sum of £98.04.[3]The Claimant’s complaint of failure to make payment in lieu for untaken leave on termination under The Working Time Regulations 1998 is well-founded. The Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant the gross sum of £74.[4]The Claimant’s complaint for breach of contract for failure to pay notice pay is not well-founded and is dismissed.
