JUDGMENT
[1]It is in the interests of justice that Harliboo Limited be joined into the proceedings as second respondent.[2]Service of the claimant’s claim form dated 13 May 2019 upon Harliboo Limited is dispensed with.[3]The notice of appearance presented to the Employment Tribunal on behalf of the first respondent shall be deemed to be presented upon behalf of the second respondent.REASONS
[1]On 29 September the claimant’s representative wrote to the Tribunal withdrawing the claim.[2]The matter was referred to me on 1 October and, since I could see no grounds for not dismissing her claim on withdrawal, in accordance with Rule 52 Tribunal Rules of Procedure 2013, I dismissed the claim.
