JUDGMENT
The Judgment of the Tribunal is that the Claimant’s claims under case number 1802701/2021 against both Respondents are dismissed. The Tribunal does not have jurisdiction to hear a claim of unfair dismissal, unlawful detriment (to the extent one is raised) or for notice pay against the Second Respondent; he was not the Claimant’s employer. The Claim is also a duplicate of the claim under case number 1802150/2021 in so far as it is brought against the First Respondent. The Claimant’s claims of unfair dismissal and breach of contract (notice pay) under case number 1802150/2021, which are claims against the First Respondent only, are not affected by this Judgment and shall proceed to a final hearing.
